Agentlauncher presents Primex Finance, a protocol enabling leveraged yield farming for low-risk, top-tier assets such as liquid staking, restaking, RWAs, and trading an unlimited range of tokens on DEXs with leverage and automation, including tokens not available on CEXs. Through integrations with Ethena, Lido, Frax and Ether.fi Primex offers exclusive high-yield opportunities for trusted assets across four networks. The project is backed by CoinFund, Wintermute, GoldenTree Asset Management, Hypersphere Ventures, and others, with security ensured by Halborn and Quantstamp.
Primex Finance is the first protocol in DeFi that successfully solved overcollateralization and brought automation to DeFi, making advanced features such as leverage and automation available for tokens that are not accessible on centralized venues while offering a similar set of functionality and interfaces.
Primex is a flexible platform offering the highest APYs for RWAs, LSTs, LRTs, and DEX LP tokens, with no minimum amount requirements, making it accessible to both large users and smaller retail users. Additionally, users can utilize the Primex trading interface to access leveraged trading on spot DEXs, perform limit swaps, and enjoy zero interface fees.
There are four roles on Primex: Lender, Trader, Farmer, and Keeper.
Lenders provide liquidity to specialized pools known as Credit Buckets, earning interest from borrowing fees paid by traders. Unlike traditional lending pools, where liquidity is transferred to borrowers’ wallets for unrestricted use, Credit Buckets are designed specifically for leveraged operations under predefined terms.
Traders on Primex leverage liquidity from Credit Buckets to perform margin trading across multiple DEXs. These Credit Buckets come with specific requirements for assets, trades, and traders, defining conditions such as supported trading pairs and maximum leverage limits. Unlike traditional lending protocols, where borrowers gain full control of borrowed funds, Primex traders do not receive liquidity directly into their wallets. Instead, they can only use the borrowed liquidity to swap into another asset to open a position and swap back to close it, ensuring controlled and secure liquidity usage.
Farmers. Leveraged Farming on Primex enables users to borrow capital and apply leverage to amplify their returns from yield farming strategies. By utilizing borrowed funds, farmers can substantially increase their position sizes, maximizing potential profits from staking, liquidity provision, and other DeFi strategies. Unlike traditional lending protocols that often impose over-collateralization requirements, Primex provides a more capital-efficient solution for yield farming.
Keepers. The stability and security of the Primex protocol depend on the timely liquidation of risky positions to safeguard Lenders’ funds. The closing swap must fully repay the borrowed tokens along with any accrued fees to ensure this.
However, initiating a liquidation or executing a conditional order in a smart contract requires an external transaction. Keepers are responsible for performing these actions within Primex on behalf of the protocol.
The protocol's robust capabilities are demonstrated through key partnerships and integrations:
The current DeFi trading landscape presents significant challenges, primarily due to the lack of advanced tooling compared to CeFi. Features like automation and leverage remain limited, compelling sophisticated investors to navigate multiple protocols to manage their portfolios effectively, rather than relying on a single, user-friendly interface.
In its next version, the protocol will introduce an advanced cross-margin portfolio, enabling multiple positions in liquid staking, restaking, RWAs, and DEX LP tokens, all managed under a unified health factor for enhanced risk and APY management.
Primex will continue to serve passive lenders, sophisticated yield farmers, and traders seeking leverage and automation for newly launched tokens.
The PMX token is the utility token and value accrual mechanism for the Primex Finance protocol. With a total supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens, Primex will launch with an initial market capitalization of $5,149,151 and a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $40M at TGE. This strategic valuation supports sustainable growth while providing attractive entry points for participants.
The protocol generates revenue from various sources, including protocol fees, leverage fees, listing fees, and yield farming fees. A portion of this revenue is allocated to buy back PMX tokens from the market, driving value for holders. In addition to future governance participation, PMX holders benefit from reduced platform fees and can stake tokens to access exclusive features.
The token distribution structure balances community rewards with long-term development:
The public sale features 100% unlock at TGE with a hard cap of $100K, offering immediate utility access while other allocations maintain longer vesting schedules to ensure sustained protocol growth and development.
The PMX token sale will be conducted through Agentlauncher with a structured participation process. The whitelisting period runs from January 2nd to January 8th, followed by the token sale from January 8th to January 15th.
The PMX token sale will be conducted through Agentlauncher on a first come, first serve basis, using a whitelist to manage interested parties. The fundraising network will be Binance Smart Chain, using USDT and USDC as options for investment. The main interest points for Agentlauncher users regarding this public sale are the two significant advantages for this round's participants:
IMPORTANT: Only whitelisted participants who complete all registration steps will be approved for participation in the token sale.
